EasyAcc App — Account & Data Deletion Request
HIBRAND BRAND MANAGEMENT CO., LIMITED, operating the EasyAcc mobile App ("EasyAcc", "we", "us"), respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your EasyAcc App account and the personal data associated with it, regardless of where you obtained the App. Please read the steps below carefully.
How to request app account deletion
To delete your EasyAcc App account and the personal data linked to it, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@oasyacc.shop with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Send the email from the address used for your EasyAcc App account, including accounts
created through email OTP, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, and
include the following information:
- Your registered email address / app account name
- Your connected smart home device name(s) or device ID(s), if available (this is optional and only helps us locate your account faster)
- A brief confirmation that you want your app account and personal data deleted
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request. Once verified, your app account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Your account will not merely be deactivated, disabled or frozen.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your deletion request has been completed.
App data that will be deleted
When your deletion request is completed, the following data associated with your EasyAcc App account will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where service providers process this data on our behalf, we will also instruct them to delete it in accordance with the request:
- Account profile and authentication — user ID, name, email, phone, avatar and language preference
- Login sessions and associated notification tokens
- Device data — cloud bindings, status and configuration of devices you own
- Temperature and humidity readings and history from devices you own
- Settings — alarm thresholds and channels, calibration, reporting intervals and firmware records
- Device sharing relationships and invitations
- Notification inbox and report-export requests
- Analytics and diagnostics identifiers linked to your account (remaining records are disassociated)
Deleting your EasyAcc account does not delete your separate Google or Apple account. Data belonging to another user who shared a device with you is not deleted; instead, your access and the sharing relationship are removed. Reports already delivered to an email account and data stored locally on your phone are outside our server-side account deletion process. You can remove local App data by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
App data that will be retained, and why
Only the minimum data necessary for security, fraud prevention or compliance with applicable legal obligations may be retained after your deletion request:

Retained data is isolated from normal account use, is not used for marketing and is deleted when its stated retention period expires. It may be disclosed only to service providers supporting these limited purposes or where required by law. This page and the process described apply to the EasyAcc mobile App account, not an EasyAcc online-store customer account.
